All the sensors are within 30 40 feet of the hub i have tried repairing the sensors turned off hub for 15 minutes but noting seems to correct this issue.

It looks like my current garage door opener is failing and as i replace it i would like to get something that works with smartthings. It is possible that through vibration the wire connection to the garage door opener may have worked loose over a year. I have been using the linear fs20z 1 zwave controller with a smartthings multisensor to control my garage door. The problem is sometimes the sensors don t seem to change status from open close.

Smartthings classic app only if you re using the multipurpose sensor on your garage door it may not be mounted properly. I have changed the st multi sensor to a smartsense garage door multi sensor and created a virtual momentary switch that trigers the linear device.
