Well i have a pretty big problem.
Heres where possible spoilers come in.

The locked vault door remains unlocked unless you stay away from the cistern for long enough for it to reset which will reset the doors to locked.
It is not the trap door.
Ok so you need a key to get into the ragged flagon via the cistern in riften as many surely know.

And i cant enter it.
This also involves completing the 20 or so radiant quests from delvin and vex in restoring the thieves guild to it s former glory.
Is the key to the locked door a quest key.
After i finish the tg quest where you sabotage the honningbrew did i spell that right meadery and you go back to maven who tells you to go see brynjolf ect ect.
I know how to complete the mission and escape i just wanna know whats behind that friggin door.

Skyrim it is reached by going through a rigged cupboard in the ragged flagon just before the entrance leading to the ratway vaults after the dragonborn becomes a full member of the thieves guild it can then also be accessed through a hidden entry under a small tomb next to the chapel.

You know you ll have totally completed the thieves guild questline if you have the guildmaster s armor.
The room should remain locked until you have completed under new management.

As you complete the thieves guild reputation quests for delvin mallory the beds are upgraded while several screens and upgrades around the cistern are added.

Anyways i went to brynjolf and he talked to me and everything but he was in a strange position facing the door to.
Etienne rarnis has to be murdured hate him so the door is basically shut after the nightingale mission here s how we can possibly open it without any hacking or using console or shouts.
