Lockable doors mod had an update after the sims team released a patch adding locked doors but it was missing a lot.

Shame it was abandoned after ea gave us the door locks. If you own a community lot like a restaurant i know i could lock the doors as the owner and they stay locked when i go there as a customer. After saving and closing the game allowed sims can t go through locked doors anymore when starting the game up again. I don t think you can lock doors for community lots.
